I'm absolutely gutted, but I still have the warranty they give turbo motors. We take the top mount intercooler off to check compression and EVERY CYLINDER IS UNDER 100!!!!! the best was 90psi and the worst was 15psi. We hooked everything up right, and got her to start for a bit. I spend 1500 bucks to refresh timing and do all of the basic necessary things to make the motors blow up, and drop it in. We even put a bore scope down into the cylinders. I brought my mechanic along when I went down, and we did our due diligence to make sure the engine looked good. Every time I asked they told me they were compression tested in both Japan and on site at the warehouse. Before I went I called multiple times to make sure they had what I needed, and I asked multiple times if the engines were compression tested before they were bought or sold. Hunted for an engine, and since I'm only an hour away, I decided to go to JDM engine depot.
